Recently, many citizens of Ukraine who have their own business want to develop their business in one of the European countries because of the clearer and more transparent situation with taxes in these countries.

Company registration in Poland opens the way to such a leap in business development. After all, the Polish government supports the opening of new businesses in every possible way, which can bring benefits to the economy. First of all, it means paying taxes and creating jobs — both for Polish citizens and for foreigners.

Almost every foreigner has the right to open a company in Poland. There are several opportunities for Ukrainians to open a business. It can be a private entrepreneurship or a partnership.

In order to register in Poland as a private entrepreneur, a citizen of Ukraine must have either a Polish card or a Resident card. As for the company, in Poland it is possible to register a limited liability company, a joint-stock company, a partnership, a team, etc. There are enough options. The most popular among Ukrainians is a limited liability company. Such a company is easier to register, and the conduct of business is clear and uncomplicated.

What is interesting about business registration in Poland

First of all, it is worth noting that companies registered in this country can take advantage of preferential taxation. Under certain conditions, a company may pay no income tax at all, or have a reduced tax rate.

Among other reasons:

  • the opening of the company takes place quickly according to simplified procedures;
  • there is no need to look for local partners to do business;
  • minor territorial, language and cultural barriers;
  • low authorized capital;
  • the ability to conduct business without restrictions in all countries of the European Union;
  • the possibility of obtaining a Polish card, and later a card for permanent residence;
  • obtaining European loans at low rates;
  • Poland’s economy is growing steadily;
  • the opportunity to organize life for your family and to get your children a European education.

What is required for company registration

  1. Select the name of the legal entity and check its availability.
  2. Legal address in Poland (can be virtual).
  3. Decide on the type of activity.
  4. The size of the statutory fund and shares of the founders.
  5. Copies of biometric passports, home addresses, e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers of the founders.

There are many reasons why Ukrainians open companies in Poland. The main ones are entering new markets and reducing costs.

Poland, which became a member of the European Union in 2004, is best suited for these purposes.
